1. نطاق استخدام مدارس النخلة الاهلية
توفر منصة مدارس النخلة الاهلية أدوات لإدارة العمليات التعليمية والإدارية، وقد تشمل بحسب نوع الحساب والصلاحيات الممنوحة: إدارة المدارس والمعاهد، الطلاب، أولياء الأمور، المدرسين والموظفين، الصفوف والشعب، الجداول الدراسية، الحضور والغياب، الدرجات والاختبارات، الأقساط والدفعات، الرواتب والمصروفات، التبليغات، المحادثات، الملفات والمرفقات، التقارير، الطباعة، النقل المدرسي، وغيرها من الوظائف التي تضاف أو تحدث داخل المنصة. وجود ميزة ضمن المنصة لا يعني بالضرورة أن جميع المستخدمين يملكون صلاحية استخدامها.
2. الحسابات والصلاحيات
يتم الوصول إلى بيانات المنصة بحسب نوع الحساب والصلاحيات الممنوحة له. قد تشمل أنواع الحسابات: المستثمر، مدير المدرسة، المدرس، الطالب، ولي الأمر، السائق، مطور أو مدير المنصة، وأي أدوار أخرى تعتمد مستقبلًا. لا يجوز للمستخدم محاولة الوصول إلى حساب أو مدرسة أو بيانات أو وظيفة غير مخول باستخدامها. ويتحمل المستثمر أو مدير المدرسة أو أي مستخدم مخول بإنشاء الحسابات مسؤولية التأكد من صحة بيانات الحساب والدور والصلاحيات التي يمنحها للمستخدم.
3. مسؤولية بيانات الدخول
يجب المحافظة على اسم المستخدم وكلمة المرور وأي بيانات تستخدم للدخول إلى الحساب بسرية. ولا يجوز مشاركة بيانات الحساب مع شخص غير مخول. ويتحمل المستخدم مسؤولية الأنشطة التي تتم من خلال حسابه ما لم يبلغ الإدارة عن وصول غير مصرح به فور علمه بذلك. ويجوز للمنصة أو إدارة المؤسسة تعليق الحساب أو تعطيله عند الاشتباه بإساءة استخدامه أو اختراقه أو استخدامه بطريقة مخالفة.
4. الحسابات المحفوظة على الجهاز
قد تتيح منصة مدارس النخلة الاهلية حفظ جلسات حسابات متعددة على جهاز المستخدم لتسهيل التبديل بينها. ينبغي استخدام هذه الخاصية فقط على الأجهزة الموثوقة والشخصية. ولا تقوم المنصة بحفظ كلمة المرور نفسها ضمن قائمة الحسابات المحفوظة، وإنما تستخدم جلسات الدخول التقنية اللازمة لتوفير هذه الوظيفة.
5. بيانات الطلاب والقاصرين

6. صحة البيانات
تعتمد منصة مدارس النخلة الاهلية على البيانات التي يدخلها المستخدمون المخولون. وتشمل هذه البيانات، على سبيل المثال، الحضور، الغياب، الدرجات، الأقساط، الدفعات، الرواتب، الجداول، بيانات النقل، الملاحظات والتبليغات. تتحمل الجهة أو المستخدم الذي يدخل البيانات مسؤولية دقتها وصحتها. ولا تعد المنصة بديلًا عن التحقق الإداري أو المالي أو القانوني الذي يقع على عاتق المؤسسة التعليمية.
7. الحضور والغياب
قد تسمح المنصة للمدرسين والإدارة بتسجيل حضور وغياب الطلاب. ويكون تسجيل الحضور أو اعتماده وفق الآلية المعتمدة داخل المدرسة. وقد ترسل المنصة إشعارات للطالب أو ولي الأمر بعد اعتماد حالة الغياب. وتبقى مسؤولية صحة سجل الحضور على المستخدمين المخولين بتسجيله واعتماده.
8. النقل المدرسي
قد توفر منصة مدارس النخلة الاهلية نظامًا لإدارة النقل المدرسي، بما في ذلك الباصات والسائقون، نقاط الصعود والنزول، الرحلات، حالة الطالب، الأشخاص المصرح لهم بالاستلام، والتنبيهات المتعلقة بالنقل. حالة النقل مثل «وصل إلى المدرسة» تعني الوصول ضمن نظام النقل فقط، ولا تعتبر تلقائيًا إثباتًا لحضور الطالب داخل الحصة الدراسية. ويجب على المدرسة والسائقين وأولياء الأمور استخدام نظام النقل وفق إجراءات السلامة المعتمدة لديهم.
9. الأقساط والمدفوعات والبيانات المالية
قد تحتوي المنصة على بيانات تتعلق بالأقساط والدفعات والخصومات والرواتب والمصروفات. ويتم إدخال هذه البيانات من قبل مستخدمين مخولين من المؤسسة. لا تعتبر الأرقام الظاهرة في المنصة مستندًا مصرفيًا أو محاسبيًا مستقلًا ما لم تعتمدها المؤسسة رسميًا. ويجب على المؤسسة مراجعة بياناتها المالية والاحتفاظ بالمستندات المطلوبة منها وفق الأنظمة المعمول بها.
10. المحتوى والمرفقات
قد تسمح المنصة برفع الصور والمستندات والمرفقات وإرسال التبليغات والملاحظات والرسائل. يظل المستخدم أو الجهة التي رفعت المحتوى مسؤولة عن امتلاك الحق في رفعه واستخدامه. ولا تمنح منصة مدارس النخلة الاهلية نفسها ملكية المحتوى الذي يرفعه المستخدم. ويمنح المستخدم المنصة فقط الصلاحية التقنية اللازمة لتخزين المحتوى وعرضه ومعالجته ونقله للمستخدمين المخولين، بالقدر اللازم لتقديم الخدمة.
11. المحتوى المحظور
يمنع استخدام المنصة لإرسال أو رفع أو نشر محتوى غير قانوني، أو مسيء، أو مهدد، أو تشهيري، أو ينتهك حقوق الآخرين؛ أو يتضمن تنمرًا أو تحرشًا أو تهديدًا أو ابتزازًا؛ أو يتضمن محتوى جنسيًا صريحًا أو عنيفًا بصورة غير مناسبة؛ أو يشجع على ارتكاب جرائم أو أعمال خطرة؛ أو يتضمن معلومات مضللة بقصد الإضرار؛ أو ينتهك خصوصية الطلاب أو الموظفين أو المستخدمين الآخرين؛ أو يتضمن برمجيات ضارة أو محاولات اختراق. ويحق للجهة المخولة داخل المنصة إزالة المحتوى المخالف واتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة بحق الحساب المسؤول عنه.
12. المحادثات والتواصل
قد توفر المنصة وسائل للتواصل بين الطلاب والمدرسين وأولياء الأمور والإدارة وغيرهم بحسب الصلاحيات. يجب استخدام المحادثات لأغراض تعليمية أو إدارية مشروعة. وقد تتم مراجعة أو الوصول إلى بعض البيانات من قبل المستخدمين الإداريين المخولين عندما يكون ذلك ضروريًا للإدارة أو السلامة أو التحقيق في إساءة استخدام، وفق الصلاحيات والنظام المعتمد.
13. الإشعارات
قد ترسل منصة مدارس النخلة الاهلية إشعارات تتعلق بالحضور، الغياب، الواجبات، التبليغات، النقل، الرسائل، الحساب، أو غيرها من العمليات. وصول الإشعار يعتمد على اتصال المستخدم بالإنترنت وإعدادات الجهاز وخدمات الإشعارات المتاحة. ولا ينبغي الاعتماد على الإشعارات وحدها في الحالات التي تتطلب متابعة مباشرة أو عاجلة من المدرسة.
14. الاستخدامات الممنوعة
يمنع استخدام المنصة في الوصول غير المصرح به إلى حسابات أو بيانات الآخرين؛ محاولة تجاوز نظام الصلاحيات؛ جمع بيانات المستخدمين بصورة غير مشروعة؛ اختبار أو استغلال ثغرات أمنية دون إذن؛ إرسال رسائل عشوائية أو احتيالية؛ رفع فيروسات أو ملفات ضارة؛ تعطيل الخدمة أو خوادمها؛ انتحال شخصية شخص آخر؛ التلاعب بالسجلات أو البيانات؛ أو استخدام المنصة بأي طريقة مخالفة للقانون.
15. حماية المنصة
يمنع محاولة تفكيك أو استنساخ أو اختراق أو تعطيل الأنظمة البرمجية أو الأمنية لمدارس النخلة الاهلية. ويمنع استخدام أدوات آلية لجمع كميات كبيرة من البيانات أو كشط محتوى المنصة دون تصريح.
16. الملكية الفكرية
اسم «مدارس النخلة الاهلية | Al Nakhlah Private Schools» والشعار والتصميم والبرمجيات والواجهات والعناصر الأصلية للمنصة مملوكة لصاحب المنصة أو مرخصة له. لا يجوز نسخها أو إعادة بيعها أو إنشاء خدمة مشتقة منها أو استخدامها تجاريًا دون إذن. ولا يشمل ذلك البيانات أو المحتوى الذي تملكه المدارس أو المستخدمون أنفسهم.
17. مزودو الخدمات
قد تستخدم منصة مدارس النخلة الاهلية خدمات تقنية مقدمة من جهات أخرى لتوفير الاستضافة وقاعدة البيانات والتخزين والإشعارات والاتصال والخدمات التقنية الأخرى. وقد تتم معالجة بعض البيانات لدى هذه الجهات فقط بالقدر اللازم لتشغيل المنصة وتوفير الخدمة.
18. النسخ الاحتياطية
نعمل على استخدام إجراءات تقنية تساعد على حماية البيانات واستمرارية الخدمة. لكن لا يمكن ضمان عدم فقدان البيانات في جميع الظروف. وعلى المؤسسات التعليمية الاحتفاظ بأي نسخ إضافية من المستندات أو السجلات التي يتطلب منها الاحتفاظ بها قانونيًا أو إداريًا.
19. توفر الخدمة
نعمل على إبقاء منصة مدارس النخلة الاهلية متاحة قدر الإمكان. ومع ذلك قد تتوقف الخدمة بصورة مؤقتة بسبب الصيانة أو التحديث أو أعطال الشبكات أو مزودي الخدمات أو ظروف أخرى خارجة عن السيطرة. ولا يمكن ضمان أن تكون الخدمة متاحة دون انقطاع بنسبة 100%.
20. التحديثات والتغييرات

يجوز تعليق أو تعطيل حساب عند مخالفة هذه البنود؛ محاولة اختراق المنصة؛ إساءة استخدام الصلاحيات؛ إدخال أو نشر محتوى محظور؛ انتحال الهوية؛ أو استخدام الحساب بما يهدد المستخدمين أو البيانات أو المنصة.
22. الاشتراكات والرسوم
قد يتم توفير خدمات مدارس النخلة الاهلية بموجب اشتراك أو اتفاق مالي مع المدرسة أو المؤسسة. وتحدد قيمة الاشتراك ومدته وطريقة الدفع والتجديد والإلغاء في العرض أو العقد أو الفاتورة أو الاتفاق المعتمد مع المؤسسة. ولا يتم اعتبار أي سياسة استرجاع أو إلغاء ثابتة نافذة إلا إذا تم توضيحها عند الاشتراك أو في الاتفاق المالي المعتمد.
23. حدود المسؤولية
تقدم المنصة كأداة مساعدة لإدارة العمليات التعليمية والإدارية. ولا تتحمل منصة مدارس النخلة الاهلية مسؤولية الأخطاء الناتجة عن البيانات التي يدخلها المستخدمون بصورة خاطئة أو عن قرارات إدارية أو مالية أو تعليمية تتخذ اعتمادًا على معلومات غير صحيحة تم إدخالها من قبل المستخدمين. ولا يستبعد هذا البند أي مسؤولية لا يجوز استبعادها قانونًا.
24. الروابط والخدمات الخارجية
قد تحتوي المنصة على روابط أو تكاملات مع خدمات أخرى. وجود رابط أو خدمة خارجية لا يعني تحمل مدارس النخلة الاهلية مسؤولية محتواها أو سياساتها أو توفرها.
25. تعديل البنود
قد يتم تحديث هذه البنود عند تطوير الخدمة أو تغيير المتطلبات القانونية أو التنظيمية. إذا كان التعديل جوهريًا أو يتطلب موافقة جديدة، ستظهر النسخة الجديدة للمستخدم عند تسجيل الدخول، ولن يستطيع متابعة استخدام المنصة إلا بعد الموافقة عليها.
26. الموافقة

Welcome to Al Nakhlah Private Schools, an electronic platform for managing schools, institutes, and related educational and administrative operations. Please read these terms carefully before using the platform. By selecting the checkbox confirming that you have read and agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy and pressing “Continue,” you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted them. If you do not agree, select “I do not agree” and do not use the platform.
1. Scope of Al Nakhlah Private Schools
Al Nakhlah Private Schools provides tools for educational and administrative management. Depending on the account type and assigned permissions, these may include schools and institutes, students, guardians, teachers and staff, classes and sections, schedules, attendance and absence, grades and exams, fees and payments, payroll and expenses, announcements, messaging, files and attachments, reports, printing, school transport, and other functions added or updated within the platform. The availability of a feature does not mean every user is authorized to use it.
2. Accounts and permissions
Access to platform data depends on the account type and permissions assigned to it. Account types may include investor, school principal, teacher, student, guardian, driver, platform developer or administrator, and other roles adopted in the future. A user must not attempt to access an account, school, data, or function they are not authorized to use. Investors, school principals, and any authorized account creator are responsible for verifying the accuracy of the account details, role, and permissions they assign.
3. Login credentials
Usernames, passwords, and other login information must be kept confidential and must not be shared with unauthorized persons. Users are responsible for activity carried out through their accounts unless they promptly report unauthorized access after becoming aware of it. The platform or institution administration may suspend or disable an account where misuse, compromise, or a violation is suspected.
4. Saved accounts on a device
Al Nakhlah Private Schools may allow multiple account sessions to be saved on a user's device to make switching easier. This feature should only be used on trusted personal devices. The platform does not save the password itself in the saved-account list; it uses the technical session information required to provide this function.
5. Student and minor data
The platform may contain accounts and data for students who are minors. Student accounts are created and managed by the school or its authorized parties. When a guardian uses services relating to a child, the guardian must be correctly linked to that student and authorized to view the student's information. The school is responsible for obtaining any legally required guardian consents when necessary to enter or use student data.
6. Data accuracy
Al Nakhlah Private Schools relies on data entered by authorized users, including attendance, absence, grades, fees, payments, payroll, schedules, transport data, notes, and announcements. The institution or user entering the information is responsible for its accuracy and correctness. The platform is not a substitute for administrative, financial, or legal verification that remains the responsibility of the educational institution.
7. Attendance and absence
The platform may allow teachers and administrators to record student attendance and absence. Recording and approval follow the workflow adopted by the school. The platform may send notifications to the student or guardian after an absence status is approved. Responsibility for the accuracy of attendance records remains with the authorized users who record and approve them.
8. School transport
Al Nakhlah Private Schools may provide school transport management, including buses and drivers, pickup and drop-off points, trips, student status, authorized pickup persons, and transport alerts. A transport status such as “Arrived at school” refers only to arrival within the transport system and does not automatically prove attendance in a classroom lesson. Schools, drivers, and guardians should use transport functions in accordance with their approved safety procedures.
9. Fees, payments, and financial data
The platform may contain information about fees, payments, discounts, payroll, and expenses entered by authorized institution users. Figures shown in the platform are not independent banking or accounting documents unless formally adopted by the institution. The institution should review its financial data and retain any documents required under applicable rules.
10. Content and attachments
The platform may allow users to upload images, documents, and attachments, and to send announcements, notes, and messages. The user or institution uploading content remains responsible for having the right to upload and use it. Al Nakhlah Private Schools does not claim ownership of user-uploaded content. Users grant the platform only the technical permission required to store, display, process, and transmit the content to authorized users as necessary to provide the service.
11. Prohibited content
The platform must not be used to send, upload, or publish unlawful, abusive, threatening, defamatory, rights-infringing, bullying, harassing, intimidating, extortionate, explicitly sexual, inappropriately violent, criminally encouraging, intentionally harmful or misleading content, content that violates the privacy of students, staff, or other users, or malware and hacking attempts. Authorized parties may remove prohibited content and take appropriate action against the responsible account.
12. Messaging and communication
The platform may provide communication between students, teachers, guardians, administrators, and others according to permissions. Messaging must be used for legitimate educational or administrative purposes. Some data may be reviewed or accessed by authorized administrators where necessary for administration, safety, or investigation of misuse, subject to applicable permissions and policies.
13. Notifications
Al Nakhlah Private Schools may send notifications about attendance, absence, assignments, announcements, transport, messages, account activity, and other operations. Delivery depends on the user's internet connection, device settings, and available notification services. Notifications should not be relied on as the sole means of communication in situations requiring direct or urgent school follow-up.
14. Prohibited uses
The platform must not be used for unauthorized access to others' accounts or data, bypassing permissions, unlawful collection of user data, unauthorized security testing or exploitation, spam or fraud, uploading viruses or harmful files, disrupting the service or servers, impersonation, manipulating records or data, or any unlawful activity.
15. Protecting the platform
Attempts to dismantle, clone, hack, or disrupt Al Nakhlah Private Schools software or security systems are prohibited. Automated tools may not be used to collect large quantities of data or scrape platform content without authorization.
16. Intellectual property
The Al Nakhlah Private Schools name, logo, design, software, interfaces, and original platform elements are owned by or licensed to the platform owner. They may not be copied, resold, used to create a derivative service, or commercially exploited without permission. This does not include data or content owned by schools or users themselves.
17. Service providers
Al Nakhlah Private Schools may use third-party technical services for hosting, databases, storage, notifications, communications, and other infrastructure. Those providers may process data only to the extent necessary to operate and provide the service.
18. Backups
We use technical measures intended to support data protection and service continuity, but loss of data cannot be guaranteed against in every circumstance. Educational institutions should keep any additional copies of documents or records they are legally or administratively required to retain.
19. Service availability
We work to keep Al Nakhlah Private Schools available as much as possible. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, network failures, service providers, or circumstances outside our control. The service cannot be guaranteed to be available without interruption 100% of the time.
20. Updates and changes
The platform may be developed and features may be added, modified, or discontinued where necessary to improve the service, security, or legal compliance. Where reasonably possible, core functionality will not be removed or materially changed without a legitimate reason or appropriate notice.
21. Account suspension or termination
An account may be suspended or disabled for violating these terms, attempting to hack the platform, misusing permissions, publishing prohibited content, impersonation, or using the account in a way that threatens users, data, or the platform.
22. Subscriptions and fees
Al Nakhlah Private Schools services may be provided under a subscription or financial agreement with a school or institution. The price, duration, payment method, renewal, and cancellation terms are set out in the applicable offer, contract, invoice, or approved agreement. No fixed refund or cancellation policy applies unless it is stated at subscription or in the relevant financial agreement.
23. Limitation of responsibility
The platform is provided as a tool to assist educational and administrative management. Al Nakhlah Private Schools is not responsible for errors caused by users entering incorrect information or for administrative, financial, or educational decisions based on inaccurate user-entered information. Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
24. External links and services
The platform may contain links or integrations with other services. The presence of an external link or service does not make Al Nakhlah Private Schools responsible for its content, policies, or availability.
25. Changes to the terms
These terms may be updated as the service develops or legal or regulatory requirements change. If an update is material or requires renewed consent, the new version will be presented when the user signs in, and the user will not be able to continue until accepting it.
26. Acceptance
By selecting the acceptance checkbox and pressing “Continue,” the user confirms that they have read and agreed to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If the user presses “I do not agree,” the login session is ended and the account cannot be used until the current version of the terms and policy is accepted.
